foudre176_1.jpgOver the past 10 years or so, our maturing cellars have undergone a number of transformations to enable us to develop a method of working that is both modern and efficient, whilst maintaining the high norms of quality control in the production process, from the arrival of the grapes at harvest time to the final conditioning of our products.

As a result, our current systems are optimally designed in a manner that respects both the fruit of the vines and the terroir.  It sometimes happens that a particular vintage will suffer from mould or rot, usually because of a wet summer, but even in this case, our selection process allows us to pick out the best of our grapes.
